Video released of second suspect in Atlanta University shooting incident

The Atlanta Police Department has released a new video of a second suspect in a shooting at Atlanta University Center on Aug. 20 during a back-to-school party that wounded four students.

The incident occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m. when two suspects began shooting at each other and four victims were struck in the crossfire.

In the video, the black male suspect can be seen wearing a black jacket, with a white stripe going down the sleeve. The suspect is also wearing what appears to be green camouflage pants and dark sneakers. During the video, the suspect is seen in the lower left hand side of the screen (with a red circle drawn around him) looking towards a set a park benches multiple times before the incident occurs. At some point the suspect exchanged gunfire with one of the individuals on the park bench. After the shooting, the suspect left the location.

Anyone who can identify the second suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (404) 577-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000. APD said it has  received tips on the first suspect and continue to search for him.
