The 2016 Ansley Park Tour of Homes will showcase eight homes that exemplify the neighborhood’s inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places. Sponsored by One Museum Place, the tour is set for Oct. 1-2.
“Ansley Park is truly one of Atlanta’s gems! In honor of Ansley’s renewal of its spot on the National Registry of Historic Places, the 2016 Tour will showcase eight 100+ year old houses exemplifying the architectural revival styles that give Ansley Park its unique charm. It will be a treat for guests to see the beautiful interiors of these homes and to discover how livable they still are today,” says Jennifer Friese, Tour Co-Chair.
One Museum Place will also the Tour of Homes Preview Party on Sept. 30 and the new condo development will also be a stop on the tour.
Colony Square will act as the tour check-in and location for ticket purchases. There will also be an exhibit at Colony Square designed to offer a glimpse of its planned redevelopment by North American Properties.
The tour will take place from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 on the days of the tour.
