It’s a Christmas miracle! Southern food institution The Colonnade is now taking credit cards. Serving up fried chicken, salmon croquettes, pot roast and those yummy rolls since 1927, The Colonnade on Cheshire Bridge Road has been cash or check only, with an ATM in the lobby for those who forgot. According to a report at WABE, the venerable restaurant is taking Visa, Master Card, Discover and cash. No checks, please.

A judge has rescheduled a hearing for the unemployed actor accused of killing four people, including a popular hair dresser. Aeman Presley’s preliminary hearing, originally scheduled for Dec. 26, is now scheduled for Jan. 6 according to our media affiliate CBS46.
