News Briefs: Snow on the way; new O4W apartments; Georgia Gives results

Weather forecasters are predicting a rain/snow mix across metro Atlanta on Friday morning. According to WSB, there could be an inch or less across the metro, but because of temperatures being above freezing it will be constantly melting. It’s uncertain whether any schools will be closed, so stay tuned.
