Ponce City Market has announced that a new group of “boutique retailers” will be opening later this year at the massive redevelopment of the old Sears & Roebuck building in the Old Fourth Ward.
Q Clothier: Suits, slacks, sports coats and more with a team of professional clothiers to provide personalized service.
Rye 51: A subsidiary of Q Clothier and inspired by American Rye Whiskey, Rye 51 is a luxury retailer of men’s dry goods and apparel. The store, the first outside Texas, will feature a full whiskey bar.
Lily Rain: The Houston-based retailer will open its first Georgia store in 1,800 square feet offering apparel, jewelry, handbags, beauty products and accessories.
Onward Reserve: Luxury retailer for men that offers apparel, shoes, gifts, home goods, luggage and accessories from local and international brands.
Karoo: Custom made eyewear and optical services inspired by the undefined desert region of South Africa from which its name comes from. The boutique will occupy 2,581 square feet of space.
CorePower Yoga: The full-service studio will offer a range of power yoga, Yoga Sculpt, hot yoga and restorative yoga classes for all levels of yogis. Occupying 6,569 square feet, the Ponce City Market studio will be the second in Georgia.
“As an urban community hub, it is important that Ponce City Market offers neighbors and visitors a distinct and diverse experience,” says Jamestown president Michael Phillips. “The introduction of brands such as Lily Rain, Q Clothier and Rye 51 to Atlanta further establishes Ponce’s position in bringing innovative, accessible retail to the area.”
Some of the big name retailers will begin opening in June including West Elm and Anthropologie.
